Digital Growth Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Digital Growth Specialist to join our global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity and digital transformation.

  • We're looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in digital marketing industry, who has basic knowledge of primary paid media & Analytics Tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics) - Non exclusive.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in economics, business or engineering; advances degree or specialization in digital is a plus.
  • They must be able to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish.

We're looking for someone who will help create and execute the growth strategy for McKinsey clients' digital sales. This includes building top-performing B2B and B2C paid media programs across SEM, Display, Affiliate, YouTube and social advertising platforms as well as owned channels.

We work closely with data scientists and engineers, analysts and researchers to compile recommendations, develop capabilities and define requirements for projects that will help activate our strategic insights with the business.

About You:
