Digital Business Growth Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Business Growth Specialist to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and translating those into actionable strategies.
- Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the internal delivery team to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Actively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the client's digital marketing strategy.
- Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Conduct monthly reporting meetings with clients to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record managing clients in web development, SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing services.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Upselling Expertise: Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue-driving actions.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously while tracking time and delivering timely results.
