About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Business Growth Specialist to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and translating those into actionable strategies.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the internal delivery team to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Actively identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the client's digital marketing strategy.
  • Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Conduct monthly reporting meetings with clients to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record managing clients in web development, SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing services.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Upselling Expertise: Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue-driving actions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously while tracking time and delivering timely results.
