We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our QA team in developing and executing advanced automation strategies.

  • Develop a strategic approach for automated testing, including test case creation and test plan design, to ensure thorough product functionality verification.
  • Collaborate closely with the QA and development teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters for a unified approach to product design and requirements.
  • Manage bugs and enhancements effectively, ensuring timely tracking and resolution.
  • Investigate and analyze product defects, providing strategic direction for improvements.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Test Automation strategy across the organization.
  • Guide the team in generating high-quality API level automated test scripts, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce framework principles.
  • 7+ years of experience with QA Automation.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skills in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
  • Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
