Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automation workflows using Rd Station, Zapier, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, thank you pages, and forms to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to ensure accurate identification of high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team and compliance team to ensure seamless integration and effective lead management.
  • Report campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • A native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with excellent written skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing automation and inbound platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Rd Station (platform and integrations).
  • A data-driven approach to creative problem-solving and scaling.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at prioritizing tasks.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Preferable experience in remote teamwork.
  • Bonus: fluency in Spanish.
