About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems.

Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems using Java, Java Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL;


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and implement microservices;


• Perform thorough code reviews to ensure excellent development and performance practices;


• Provide technical support to the team, promoting scalable and sustainable solutions;


• Participate in technical discussions and strategic decision-making;


• Troubleshoot issues, optimize code, and perform database tuning;


• Write clear and concise technical documentation and participate in code reviews;


• Work closely with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive internal and customer projects forward.

Mandatory Skills


• Strong experience in software development;


• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL;


• Experience with microservices-based architecture;


• Knowledge of versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs;


• Excellent analytical skills to resolve complex problems efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills


• Experience in the telecommunications sector (OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, etc.);


• Experience as a technical leader or technical reference in projects;


• Familiarity with containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices;
