Job Description:

As a Technical Engineer, you will drive innovation and transformation by collaborating with diverse industries to tailor cutting-edge solutions. You will harness technology to achieve ambitious goals.

  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and document application requirements using modern Business Analysis methodologies.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Lead application modernization and migration initiatives, ensuring systems are scalable and future-ready.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design, implement, and deploy solutions that meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Guide customers in selecting and customizing packaged applications that align with their business goals.
  • Consult on compatibility issues, including hardware, OS, data conversion, and training needs.
  • Support decision-making by evaluating multiple application options and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific governance requirements.
  • Foster innovation by staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in application development and deployment.
  • Experience in application migration and modernization.
  • Experience in application architecture, middleware, and data.
  • Knowledge of various technologies, including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems, and networking.
  • Strong technical acumen and deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
  • Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
