• Monitor delinquency indicators and analyze results.
• Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Implement strategies to enhance performance and ensure smooth execution of collection procedures.
• Plan and organize team activities to achieve goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departments.

• A proven track record in team management, promoting a positive organizational climate and driving engagement.
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Credit and Collections.
• Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• ERP knowledge and ability to handle conflicts effectively.
• Negotiation experience and knowledge of Credit Bureau systems.
