Brand Marketing Leader

A high-priority role responsible for spearheading the brand marketing and communications function, overseeing a team of 4 and reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

About the Role

This is a key position that drives the integrated marketing planning process, leads national & local initiatives, enhances brand equity, customer engagement, frequency, and profitability. The role will lead the brand team across all communications, social media, content, and culture marketing, manage external agencies & suppliers, and have full accountability for advertising & promotion spend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that leverages existing assets while improving the customer experience and offering.
  • Lead the strategic delivery and execution of a refreshed brand architecture and act as the ongoing brand custodian.
  • Manage a team of 4 and report directly to the CMO.
About You

You are a degree-qualified senior marketing leader with 5+ years' experience in strategically focused marketing roles. You possess a creative eye, enjoy following consumer trends, and know how to commercialize them for the consumer.

With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilizing customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You have strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams such as e-commerce and product.
