Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers, Program Management, and UX teams to design and implement PRDs.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps by operationalizing defined strategy, ensuring high-quality and standardized user safety outcomes across Google's products.
- Work closely with policy and product partners across Google to identify novel opportunities to use Large Language Models (LLMs) and other bespoke solutions to target content abuse.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our users' safety and experience.
What You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 1 year of experience in product management for software engineering platform products.
We also value candidates with:
- A Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Experience with Generative AI and ML best practices, content safety and/or security systems.
- Prior software engineering experience or experience in developer-facing roles.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience/curiosity for incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.
As a Content Safety Product Manager at Google, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
