Marketing Projects Manager/Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Projects Manager/Executive Assistant. This hybrid role will assist the Head of Marketing in executing day-to-day responsibilities, managing key marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth flow of communications within the team and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Assistance to Head of Marketing:
    • Manage the Head of Marketing's calendar, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating events.
    • Act as a point of contact between the Head of Marketing and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and conferences.
  • Marketing Project Management:
    • Oversee the implementation of marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (design, community, social media, etc.) to coordinate deliverables for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
    • Track the progress of projects, manage timelines, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
    • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for marketing activities.
  • Communications & Coordination:
    • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing collaborations, media, and event planning.
    • Prepare regular status reports for ongoing projects and activities.
    • Organize and facilitate cross-team communications to keep marketing operations aligned with the company's broader objectives.
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Assist in compiling and analyzing marketing data to assess the success of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or as an executive assistant.
  • Skills:
    • Strong English skills
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
