Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and foster customer relationships.
  • Create sales and customer strategies for our products and solutions.
  • Be accountable for aggressive growth targets.
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Prepare quotations and manage contract negotiations.
  • Dedicate time to new market prospecting and CRM upkeep.
  • Coordinate customer activities with other sales team members.
  • Travel to arrange and attend industry conferences, events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, Ocean Science or Hydrographic Survey or equivalent HND with relevant experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales and marketing experience from the mapping, research, and/or renewables business.
  • Strong understanding and/or experience of bathymetry and mapping.
  • Experience in customer negotiation, sales, rental sales, and commercial processes.
  • Awareness of relevant industries/competitors.
  • International travel will be required for this role. Applicants must be willing and able to travel globally.
  • Multilingual with strong verbal and written skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Experienced, confident presenter willing to author white papers and present to large audiences.
