Kongsberg Maritime is a global marine technology company that specializes in delivering cutting-edge solutions for various marine industries.

With facilities in 34 countries, the company has established itself as a leading provider of positioning, surveying, navigation, and automation systems.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, allocating service engineers, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs.

This role requires strong customer support skills, including frequent communication with customers and internal teams. The coordinator will work closely with the Spare parts and Service Support team to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Participate in quoting phase for fixed-price projects
  • Attend customer meetings for resource planning scopes
  • Main responsible for personnel logistics, including subcontractors when necessary
  • Support KM Brazil's 24-hour emergency services and email routing outside regular business hours
  • Manage Work orders and Service appointments for project-related service orders
  • Review Project expenses reports and submit them for final management approval
  • Revised subcontractor invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Manage assigned CRM queues and email routing as needed

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A thorough understanding of KM Worldwide organizations, products, deliveries, and customers
  • Experience working with Windows-based ERP systems (a plus)
  • Technical expertise (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operating a PC
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions
