Job Description

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media campaigns that align with the company’s marketing strategies. This includes developing content calendars, publishing social media posts in a timely manner, and engaging with customers through social media responses.

 

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with marketing strategies
  • Work on content calendars and ensure timely publication of social media posts
  • Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Work closely with data analysts to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities
  • Develop weekly and monthly reporting (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis
  • Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights
  • Collaborate with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Analyze conversation around the brand daily
  • Analyze brand performance to drive effective results for client KPIs
  • Cover brand related events in real-time

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and formats
  • Ability to track relevant metrics and analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
