This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Personal Lines Service Specialist. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Education and Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance to clients on policy options that best suit their individual needs, ensuring they receive tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Help clients consolidate their accounts, enhance client retention, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Policy Updates and Changes: Efficiently update client information and facilitate seamless policy modifications.
- A valid Property & Casualty License is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service is essential.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and a positive attitude are crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with critical thinking abilities, are necessary to excel in this position.
