About Your New Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst at 4flow, you will play a key role in supporting the launch of iTMS projects by taking ownership of dedicated working packages. This includes implementing processes, services, and software to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and align processes with customer teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Evaluate master data quality and prepare data sets for iTMS uploads to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct process and IT trainings with key stakeholders, including customers and supply chain partners, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Align reporting requirements and set up dashboards to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision making.
  • Participate in internal knowledge management initiatives, such as in-house trainings and key-user teams, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Engage in the 4flow training and development program to enhance your skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, preferably with a major in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Practical experience in transportation, materials planning, or supply chain management through internships or other means.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams/PowerApps.
  • Project management experience and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
  • High level of competence in systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
