Position Overview
The role of the Sourcing Leader Shared Services Expert is critical in managing procurement processes and contract negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation, negotiation, execution, compliance, and documentation of business contracts.
- Analyze, resolve, and negotiate any contract-related issues both internally and with external parties.
- Manage procurement processes for digital services and software lifecycle management.
- Utilize sourcing and contracting expertise to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or strategic roles within multinational companies.
- Proven experience in contract management, particularly in IT and service contracts.
- Ability to comprehend, renew, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Understanding of specifications related to software renewals and budgetary terms.
- Experience in procurement for digital services, software lifecycle management, and hardware.
- General knowledge of Finance, HR, and IT requirements within shared services organizations.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with technical specifications and demonstrated experience in engaging with key Supply Chain leaders and stakeholders.
Language Proficiency
English: Developing advanced (80-95%)
