A critical role for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:The Product Strategy Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that accelerate vendors' sustainable growth, drive higher satisfaction for both internal teams and external vendors, foster engagement and investment, and build strategic partnerships that power business success.
- Lead the overall product strategy and vision for Brazil
- Drive initiatives to drive business impact and oversee workstreams including People, Business Impact, Offshoring & Scaling, and Vendor Experience
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Finance, Tax, and Retail Business Services teams
- Oversee pricing strategy and new package development as well as new services
- Lead hiring and development of specialists across Brand, Supply Chain, and Team Lead roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Proven experience in team management
- Substantial experience in one or more of the following areas: product or program management, product marketing, business development
