Transportation Management Analyst

As a critical component of our operations, the Transportation Management Analyst will be responsible for executing administrative tasks related to billing routines and procedures for clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative services and routines such as generating and verifying billing for clients and suppliers.
  • Conduct audits, verifications, and analyses of billed values to ensure accuracy and quality of billing processes.
  • Execute billing processes and issue pre-invoices and invoices using TMS-ORION and ERP-JDE systems following company procedures.
  • Request issuance of credit notes and debit notes in JDE.
  • Update information in databases within TMS-ORION and gather data for area performance indicators.
  • Provide customer service to transporters and clients internal and external handle billing issues conduct meetings follow-up on actions and actively resolve financial pending issues.
  • Monitor and control pending issues with suppliers.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to clients suppliers and operations.
  • Verify exceptional payments outside of TMS-ORION.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities minimizing time and costs analyzing problems and monitoring daily processes to add value and quality solutions.

Requirements:

Advanced MS Office skills desirable knowledge in Power BI TMS Orion JDE experience in road transportation and logistics processes technical knowledge in freight auditing intermediate English or Spanish possession of a driver's license and availability from 08:00 to 17:48.
