We are seeking an experienced Research and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for ensuring laboratory organization according to quality standards and traceability requirements.

You will support R&D activities for new products or processes, conduct laboratory tests and experiments following CIPAC/ABNT standards for agricultural formulation characterization, and monitor prototype development and new production processes.

Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success, preparing technical reports on research and experimental results, and staying updated on trends and technological innovations in the R&D field.

• Ensure laboratory organization according to quality standards and traceability requirements
• Support R&D activities for new products or processes
• Conduct laboratory tests and experiments following CIPAC/ABNT standards for agricultural formulation characterization
• Monitor prototype development and new production processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
• Prepare technical reports on research and experimental results
• Stay updated on trends and technological innovations in the R&D field

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in the Agro industry
• Knowledge in the development and characterization of agrochemical and biological formulations
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, ONELIMS, SAP, ELN
• Intermediate or higher level of English
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership potential
• Good interpersonal relationships and a collaborative profile
