Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

This role involves being the primary point of contact between our customers and field teams, ensuring seamless communication and a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians efficiently, maintaining real-time communication with field staff, and updating job statuses and customer records.

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule service appointments accurately using our CRM system.
  • Dispatch technicians based on location, job type, and availability.
  • Maintain real-time communication with field staff to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Update job statuses and customer records in a timely manner.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling issues or customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the plumbing or home service industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan (our customer relationship management software) is highly desirable – training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
  • A friendly and professional attitude, along with a willingness to learn and grow, is vital.
