Event Production Specialist

We're excited to have you join our team as an Event Production Specialist. In this role, you'll work closely with our Executive Producer and Project Manager to deliver high-quality experiences that leave a lasting impression on our audience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Event Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of event production, including logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables. This includes creating production timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule, and communicating effectively with internal and external partners.

Your expertise will also be called upon to contribute to creative ideation, particularly representing an on-the-ground perspective. You'll participate in marketing brainstorm meetings and help develop innovative solutions to enhance Fever's experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple productions and scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets
  • Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences to stay ahead of the curve
  • Venue research and booking to ensure seamless event execution
  • Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
  • Handle administrative duties, including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in event production or a related field
  • Native English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge solutions in the production space
  • Strong network of vendors and venues
  • Understanding of technical production requirements
  • Familiarity with permitting processes
