Job Purpose and Summary

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Latin America, focusing on Ostomy Care and Continence Care. This entails market penetration, product positioning, and pricing strategies to enhance the organization's competitive position. Ensure alignment with the company's overall mission, vision, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead marketing policies, programs, and activities to meet business objectives, comply with regulations, and protect the organization's reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
  • Liaise with senior executives to ensure marketing strategies and activities align with other parts of the business.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of marketers to achieve established sales and profit goals.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Establish mechanisms and programs to gather and analyze customer feedback and insights.
