Business Development Manager

As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our organization.

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands to increase overall value and align with business objectives.
  • Assist Merchandise Partners: Help merchants establish themselves on the platform and support their growth through comprehensive planning, including market positioning, product development, brand marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Innovate and Implement: Propose novel ideas based on category trends and create projects through resource integration and merchant guidance.
  • Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough industry analysis reports, explore customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of operational experience, including but not limited to experience in brand management or platform operations.
  • Extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks are a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions.
  • Possesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes.
