Job Description
  • Provide front-line technical support for systems and products in the mining and grain industries.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure maximum uptime by utilizing support systems.
  • Meet response times and exceed defect resolution criteria.
  • Analyze support requests and defects.
  • Coordinate defect resolution with engineering teams.
  • Track support cases to completion.
  • Perform regression testing and manage product releases.
  • Generate reports on support activities.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Portuguese language.
  • Local presence in Vitoria city.
  • Understanding of IEC 61131 programming standards.
  • Up to 2 years' experience in Control Systems Engineering or relevant internships.
  • Knowledge of XML standards and tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL and basic scripting.
  • Troubleshooting Delphi and .NET applications.
  • Experience in machine control.
  • Knowledge of control system architectures, PLC design, and programming.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional interaction with diverse groups.
  • Compliance with client Health and Safety policies.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in on-call technical support roles.
  • Exposure to mining or agribusiness industries.
  • Training provided for the Technical Support role.
