Responsibilities

The Technology Support Specialist will collaborate with the team to address technology-related matters. This role involves assessing the condition of laptops, desktops, and printers and determining the most effective course of action to ensure these devices are operational and functional.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the condition of office technology.
  • Determine appropriate corrective maintenance actions.
  • Supply management with technical requirements for upgrade components, if necessary.
  • If required, install upgrade components in apparatuses.
  • Maintain and clean both printers.
  • Ensure that printers are operational within the office network.
  • Format laptops and desktops as needed.
  • Create new user profiles on computers.
  • Engage specialized maintenance services, if necessary.
