**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot communication systems;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance;
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to internal and external customers;
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting communication systems;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Strong knowledge of radio communication systems and technologies;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
