Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide professional technical support to customers. Your role involves diagnosing fault-related cases using software diagnostics and network/utility programs, providing updates to customers, and allocating cases to the next step in the case flow process.
About You- You should have excellent customer skills, with at least relevant technical experience or customer support experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple tasks, and build relationships with peers, management, clients, and company stakeholders is required.
In this role, you will need to be proactive, self-motivated, and determined, with problem-solving skills, tenacity, and flexibility in terms of working hours.
