A Sourcer is responsible for building pipelines of potential candidates through cold calling, email outreach, and other creative means. They must be proficient in utilizing various platforms to launch hiring campaigns and track candidate progress. Additionally, they will polish resumes to align with company templates and guidelines, screen candidates to assess their qualifications for open positions, and work closely with Recruiters throughout the interview process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential candidates
  • Source high-quality candidates that meet our clients' requirements
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Recruitment teams to ensure smooth candidate flow

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills with advanced proficiency
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
