Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Service Delivery:
    • Providing exceptional service to clients across various channels - in-person, on the phone, and digital (email, online platforms).
    • Managing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison:
    • Acting as a liaison between clients in stores and the Customer Care team.
    • Ensuring that all issues are communicated effectively and addressed promptly.
  • Online Reputation Enhancement:
    • Implementing strategies to increase our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
    • Managing our presence on online platforms.
  • Logistics and Warranty Management:
    • Managing exchanges or repairs covered by product warranties.
    • Issuing invoices, contacting and relating with clients, up to the delivery of their luggage.
  • Invoice Processing:
    • Carrying out the issuance of invoices, including stock movement and service invoices.
  • Quotation Generation:
    • Creating personalized quotations for clients, considering their needs and specifications.
    • Providing detailed information about prices, services offered, delivery times, and other relevant details.
