Job Description

Louis Dreyfus Company, a leading global merchant and processor of agricultural goods, has initiated a process of harmonization focusing on global organization and digitalization.

The Group created a global Finance team called FPSO, reporting directly to the CFO. Its objectives are to lead the Group's Finance Transformation, digitalize LDC processes and organizations, and implement best practices and tools in Finance.

The transformation includes reshaping accounting and controlling processes and implementing SAP S/4HANA, Business Intelligence, and ARIBA. By 2025, implementations are completed in regions like Argentina, Switzerland, the US, and China.

The Financial Specialist will oversee one or more end-to-end process flows, including payment flows, cash income, bank statements, controlling, accounting, fixed assets, and month-end closing. The role involves ensuring adherence to Group practices and processes related to commercial activities, supporting countries in execution, and optimizing tools, organization, and processes.
