Starbucks Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Starbucks Store Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Starbucks outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

1. Leadership and Management

• Direct and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and are treated with respect and professionalism.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks outlet, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that the outlet is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth.

• Provide training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.

1. Education and Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate, some college.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

• 2 years' experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role.
• Food handling certificate.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Provide legible communication.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
• Familiarity with food/beverage and labor cost controls.
