Fulfillment Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Fulfillment Center operations. As an Inbound Operations Manager, you will lead a team of area managers, operations leads, and associates in driving process improvements, optimizing productivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a culture of safety and wellbeing among the team members
- Analyze performance data and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels
- Oversee projects to streamline processes and enhance customer service
- Analyze business objectives and develop strategies to improve operational excellence
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Experience in employee management and performance analysis
- Excellent English language skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Data-driven decision making skills
