This role oversees the end-to-end logistics and operational support for field service activities in Brazil. The leader will drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and align local execution with regional and global strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead field services logistics operations, warehousing, and order fulfillment management
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive performance
- Optimize service parts availability and supply chain processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in Brazil
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in field services, logistics, or operations leadership
- Strong understanding of service delivery models and supply chain processes
- Experience in managing teams and driving operational key performance indicators

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
