Field Services Logistics Operations Leader for Brazil, overseeing end-to-end logistics and operational support for field service activities across the country. Responsibilities- Lead field services logistics operations, warehousing and order fulfillment management
- Manage cross-functional teams and drive performance
- Optimize service parts availability and supply chain processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory standards in Brazil
- Collaborate with regional/global teams and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in field services, logistics, or operations leadership
- Strong understanding of service delivery models and supply chain processes
- Experience in managing teams and driving operational KPIs
- Familiarity with compliance, safety, and regulatory standards in Brazil
- Project management experience is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Leadership role in a high-impact, customer-facing environment

You will report directly to the Field Services Logistics SAM Manager. This is a leadership role, managing a team and working closely with supply chain teams and external partners. You'll be part of a dynamic and results-driven environment, with visibility across regional operations and strategic initiatives.
