Logistics Operations Leader Job Description

The Field Services Logistics Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and operational support for field service activities across Brazil. This leader will manage a team responsible for managing service parts, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring service delivery excellence.

This role will drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and align local execution with regional and global strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in logistics or field service operations, including warehousing and order fulfillment management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
