Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Business Intelligence Dashboards: Design and implement user-friendly dashboards that deliver critical information to stakeholders.
  • Extract, Manipulate, and Analyze Complex Data Sets: Write optimized SQL queries to extract insights from vast datasets.
  • Perform Data Transformation and Cleaning: Prepare high-quality data for reporting and analysis by identifying anomalies and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design and Implement Reporting Solutions: Develop scalable and visually compelling reports that meet business needs.
  • Document Data Processes and Definitions: Maintain transparency and knowledge sharing by documenting data workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert-level Proficiency in Power BI: Utilize Power BI to create interactive and dynamic dashboards.
  • Strong Experience with SQL: Leverage SQL to manipulate and analyze complex data sets.
  • Solid Understanding of Database Management Principles: Apply knowledge of database management principles to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Analytical Mindset: Think critically and solve complex data problems independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver high-quality outputs by maintaining attention to detail in report design and data validation.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Clearly articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Database Design and Management: Apply knowledge of table relationships and indexing to optimize database performance.
  • Hands-on Experience with ETL Tools: Utilize ETL tools to transform and clean data from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
