Software Engineering Director for AI Security

As a technical leader, you will oversee the development and deployment of company-wide AI-based access security features.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AI technology, experience owning outcomes and decision-making, solving ambiguous problems, and influencing stakeholders. They should have 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role and overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the growth and development of a team of software engineers.
- Participate in designing and implementing AI Agents, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Promote the latest technology and best practices in building AI Agents and security applications.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
You will optimize your own code and ensure your team can do the same. Manage project goals, contribute to product strategy, and develop your team. SWE teams work across various areas such as information retrieval, natural language processing, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, security, data compression, and UI design.
As a manager, you will guide your team in operating at scale and speed. You will contribute as a people manager and technical leader, drive architectural decisions, work with partner teams, and stay engaged with AI technology.
