Senior Skin Scientist

We are seeking a skilled Skin Biology Researcher I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-clinical assessments of technology leads and scouting new opportunities addressing skin care consumer tensions and needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D skin and body category leaders and researchers to understand category strategies and innovation priorities.
- Identify and partner with external thought leaders and those with relevant late-stage technology leads.
- Represent Avon's skin research and technologies at key technical conferences and industry events.
Key Requirements:
- Deep understanding of skin biology or other relevant field.
- Proven expertise in scouting for new technologies and ideas and converging to viable solutions.
- Strong external collaboration skills.
- White biotechnology experience desired.
- Bioefficacy experience required.
