**What are we looking for?**
Skin Research Scientist responsible for pre-clinical assessment of technology leads and technology scouting of new opportunities addressing skin care consumer tensions and needs. Develops new in vitro methods and provides claim support guidance for R&D teams worldwide developing Face and Body skin care products.

**What are the main responsibilities**:
This leader works closely with R&D skin and body category leaders and researchers, understanding category strategies and innovation priorities and focusing research to address identified consumer needs. Identifies and partners with external thought leaders and those with relevant late stage technology leads. Represents Avon skin research and technologies at key technical conferences and industry events.

**Who is the person?**
Experience driving innovation within a fast-paced and flexible research environment. Scouts for new insights and technologies relevant to skin care products. Makes unobvious connections and brings in new ideas for enhancing performance. Works collaboratively with external partners and leading experts to create a pipeline of new technology opportunities.

**What you need to have?**
Deep understanding of skin biology or other relevant field. Proven expertise in scouting for new technologies and ideas and converging to viable solutions. Strong external collaboration skills. White biotechnology experience desired. Strong collaboration skills.Category relevant experience preferred
