Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to drive organic and inorganic growth for customers and prospects in the Paper & Board Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitability of the activity and will work closely with Business Development, S&T, and Marketing teams to support business and market developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial roadmaps for specific segments, products, and perimeters.
  • Execute price increases in line with the pricing strategy.
  • Manage customer relationships, including negotiating contracts, identifying growth opportunities, and advancing relationships to maximize market share.
  • Ensure business performance by servicing existing customers and developing new growth opportunities.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing new commercial opportunities and achieving sales goals.
  • Analyze sales trends and prepare reports for management.
  • Participate in the building of the annual sales plan, budget, forecasts, and mid-term plan.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and manage customer relationships with the Customer Service Team.
  • Promote customer focus within the organization.
  • Feed the CRM system with customer, market, and competitor information.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills to find win-win solutions both internally and externally.
  • Strong time management skills to balance rigorous field work schedules.
  • Strong technical skills to understand how products add value to customers.
  • Strong knowledge of the Paper & Board Market.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role with strong exposure to complex customers.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
