Sales Development Representative Job Opportunity

At 4flow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating high-quality leads and working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect potential new customers on social media platforms using sales engagement tools.
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Schedule meetings with potential customers for 4flow Directors and VPs.
  • Update CRM with contacts prospected, completed activities, and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • Graduated in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as an SDR is mandatory.
  • Fluent/Advanced English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on detailed processes.
  • Must be able to engage with customers (Managers/C-level) using assertive communication.
  • Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Fluent/Advanced German or French skills in writing and speaking are not mandatory but would be advantageous.
