About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Global Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads, analyzing their potential and fit with our services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize sales processes and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Strong academic background in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Commercial experience and a proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
