About the Opportunity

CHC Navigation | CHCNAV is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join its team in Campinas, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and dealer management, with a strong background in BtoB sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets and maximize sales volumes through effective business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts in the Latin American Area.
  • Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to identify new market opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Support distributors in the development of their business activities and respond to sales inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Travel frequently within the Latin American Area to visit customers, conduct demonstrations, and participate in trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or engineering.
  • Fluent Portuguese and professional-level English (written and oral).
  • Experience in international dealer management is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
