About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Global Talent. As a key member of our infrastructure sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing and qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and prospect new business opportunities to drive revenue growth;
  • Analyze and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our business goals;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives to identify potential opportunities;
  • Schedule meetings with qualified contacts and leads to discuss potential partnerships;
  • Monitor and report on lead volume, scheduling, and conversion indicators to inform marketing strategies;
Requirements
  • Preferred academic background in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering;
  • Commercial background with a proven track record of success;
  • Strong team orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results;
