We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Coordinator to support the management and execution of strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on technology and information systems.

This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment with industry best practices and corporate governance standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving results through structured methodologies and a hands-on approach.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor medium to high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of project methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within technology environments.
  • Familiarity with both traditional methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Technical Expertise:

  • Solid understanding of IT Governance and frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.
  • Familiarity with the structure and operations of a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Strong grasp of the Information Systems development lifecycle.

Languages:

  • Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) and/or Agile Methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM).
