Insurance Sales Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Insurance Sales Specialist to join our sales team in São Paulo.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about insurance and enjoys working with clients, brokers, and banks. As an intermediary between these parties, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Identify market opportunities for expanding our solution portfolio and drive growth.
  • Client and Broker Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers to promote loyalty and sustainable growth.
  • Proposal Analysis and Submission: Assist in preliminary analysis of submissions and present competitive proposals to support business initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and report on market developments, providing strategic advice on trends and innovations.
  • Insurance Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Brazilian insurance market legislation, regulations, broker activities, and competitor trends.
About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our JV partner branches and contribute to our rapid development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • You have experience in the insurance sector (carriers, brokers, banking) and a high level network of contacts within the market.
  • You possess strong sales and commercial drive, with ability to work independently and think entrepreneurially.
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in people and channel management, conducting meetings, and using tools like statistics, Excel, Power Point, and Power BI.
  • You are available for frequent travel as needed to meet the responsibilities of the role.
