Your Responsibilities
As a Producing Office, you will support Underwriters and Distribution teams in structuring global programs originating from Brazil. This includes managing all necessary aspects to develop outbound programs, such as regulatory updates, network instructions, and payment tracking.

As an Issuing Office, you will deliver exceptional service to Clients and Broker partners through the execution and delivery of local policies that support global programs. Responsibilities include preparing booking sheets, policy issuance documents, and tracking documentation.

Oversee all aspects of multinational clients' requests, ensuring that client service expectations are met or exceeded for assigned inquiries.

Maintain clear and timely communication with both internal and external parties involved in servicing transactions.

Proactively engage with and respond to local client/broker inquiries.

Manage your workflow effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Knowledge Champion for one or two products within the country.

Enhance collaboration with Client and Broker engagement, Underwriting, Operations, and Account Receivables stakeholders.

Provide oversight, training, and monitoring of Multinational activities across the business, both externally and internally.

Ensure that requested documentation is issued within required time frames and that administration systems are kept up to date.

Support reinsurance processes as mandated by local legislation.

Participate in special projects assigned by senior staff, ensuring timely completion.


Qualifications for Success

  1. Recognized experience in the insurance sector.
  2. Experience managing Multinational corporations.
  3. Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred).
  4. Knowledge or prior exposure to a wide range of commercial insurance products.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities.
  6. Excellent administrative skills.
  7. Computer literacy required: Proficiency in IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  8. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
  9. Effective time management skills – capable of handling multiple priorities, organizing work, and meeting deadlines.
  10. Ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  11. Capacity to identify operational improvements and acquire technical knowledge to implement those enhancements.
  12. Client-focused with experience interacting with board-level representatives and senior colleagues.
  13. Proven track record as a team player.
