About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Magnesium do Brasil. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and partnerships in the animal nutrition industry, managing B2B clients to expand magnesium product sales, and conducting market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales Representative team from USA with a deep focus on people development
  • Develop and manage B2B Client Portfolio, taking ownership of nurturing and growing relationships with feed mills
  • Source and pursue new contacts, prospects, and strategic partners, ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunities for business expansion
  • Drive growth initiatives within your assigned territory, executing strategic plans to maximize market penetration and increase sales of our magnesium animal nutrition products
  • Conduct thorough market research, gathering data on competitors, local regulations, and other relevant factors to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning
  • Leverage your negotiation skills to secure favorable sales contracts, optimizing results in terms of margin, volume, and market share
  • Collaborate closely with operations staff from our industry in Jucás - Ceará, to ensure seamless processing of customer orders, efficient logistics management, and timely payments

Requirements

  • Proven track record of management success in B2B sales, preferably within the animal nutrition or agricultural industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of rapport and establishment of long-lasting business relationships
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, financial analysis, and business acumen
  • Ability to travel to the US on a monthly basis
