Job Opportunity

This pivotal role within our organization involves overseeing the seamless implementation of business processes surrounding taxes in back office systems and trading tools.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the controlling solution interacts smoothly with finance and trading software ecosystem, maintaining up-to-date documentation for the solution, and participating in maintaining and enhancing IT processes.

You will work as part of a team that aims to translate business needs into documentation and solutions, develop action plans for continuous improvements of the solution, and resolving recurrent incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement Expert: Ensure the controlling solution is aligned with business objectives.
  • Documentation Specialist: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for the solution.
  • Solution Owner: Participate in maintaining and enhancing IT processes, supporting applications by solving incidents and contributing to problem resolution.

You will also engage in implementations touching your solution, manage dependencies with other solutions, stay abreast of external developments affecting the solution, and act as an internal consultant.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Expertise in IT best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP CO, particularly.
  • Familiarity with interface implementation (desired).
  • Knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow (desired).

Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience in IT projects.
  • Background in financial controlling.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • International multi-cultural environment experience (desired).
  • Team-oriented & collaborative environment experience (desired).

Hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
