Job Title: Legal Receptionist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and legal partners, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing calendars, and performing key administrative duties.
Frequent communication with Spanish-speaking clients requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
Candidates should have 1+ year of experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably in a law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling efficiently
- Support the intake manager with day-to-day tasks and escalate urgent issues when needed
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, document formatting, and digital file management
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and legal partners
- 1+ year of experience in administrative or receptionist roles (law firm experience preferred)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, professional tone
